Ergun has been with Arabesque since the beginning and has made made the restaurant his passion. With over seven years experience working in the hospitality industry Ergun has extensive knowledge of Middle Eastern food and culture (owing to his own Turkish heritage) and ensures that every dish is cooked to perfection and every customer leaves wanting more.
Christopher De Boer – Head Chef
Christoper started as a kitchen hand / break fast chef at Santucci’s, then moved to working nights and eventually took over as the Head Chef. His journey then took him to a place called Mace & Grace where he worked a combination of breakfast, lunch and dinners. Seeking more challenges, he started working at Arabesque in November 2005, where he started from the bottom and worked himself up the chain to now, Head Chef of Arabesque Dining & Bar.
